Picture27 The Chatter Box Café & Social Center, Inc. is a new nonprofit social center on Rt 219, Brockway, PA. The social center has a café which helps pay the expenses for the center. It’s our goal to provide, at no cost the community, Wi-Fi, entertainment, recreational activities, educational learning and much more! May 9th—11th is our “Spring Fest 2014” we will be having a flea market, craft & food vendors, games and live entertainment. The festival starts at 9AM—10PM each day.
